An “This email may contain confidential information” agreement is a disclaimer that informs the recipient that the message and any attachments may contain privileged, confidential, or proprietary information. The message is intended for the use of the individual or entity designated in the disclaimer, and unauthorized use, disclosure, distribution, or review is prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient, you should contact the sender by reply email and destroy all copies of the original message. 

As per contract of subsection 1.2 of service agreement all communications are considered privileged information, either containing personal information or sensitive information. By using Circle Software Services you agree to all Secure Services and terms of service agreement, in some cases a NDA or Non-compete agreement will be required before start of service.
