An “This email may contain confidential information” agreement is a disclaimer that informs the recipient that the message and any attachments may contain privileged, confidential, or proprietary information. The message is intended for the use of the individual or entity designated in the disclaimer, and unauthorized use, disclosure, distribution, or review is prohibited. As per contract of subsection 1.2 of service agreement all communications are considered privileged information, either containing personal information or sensitive information. By using Circle Software Services you agree to all Secure Services and terms of service agreement, in some cases a NDA or Non-compete agreement will be required before start of service.
