1. What services do you offer?
We are a software solutions company we design build and maintain websites, digital menus, digital marketing and inventory systems.
2. Are their managment fees?
Yes, each of our products have a management fee depending on the service. Some third party services charge an additional fee that isn’t controlled by Circle Software llc
3. Management Services Required?
All of our services offer management services, but not required. Our management fees are on a monthly basis and once management service contract is canceled product support is terminated.
4. Third Party
We offer third-party delivery services and hardware for inventory management and some other services to mainstream our support. These third party-services are well know and have been proven to be effective. The fees are set by set party and we have no control over the fee structure.
5. Contracts
All of our services require a service contract, meaning that you are commiting to pay for our service and if for the unfortunate reasons invoices aren’t paid service may be interrupted.
6. Time lines
We set realistic timelines for all projects, plan according to your needs. We disclose the timeline we are able to complete projects.
7. Client Portal
We provide a client portal to provide an easy access to all of our services, invoices, quotes, and projects. This is free of charge.
8. How do we pay Invoices?
We provide a section to add your banking card. All of our connections are secured via 256bit ssl and transport. Funds and charges are controlled by a third party processing company and we include all charges in our monthly fees.
9. Can we pay with a check?
We recommend using our easy online payment portal but in cases you need to pay by check please contact a service rep to get more information.
10. Documentation
We document and provide documents of contracts and services rendered via the client portal that are available 24hrs. Email and download services are available free of charge.
11. Site maintenance
We provide updates and changes after business hours, less chances of running into issues. if your business is 24hrs we do conduct service to products between 10pm – 12pm mst
12. Additional services
We you can request a quote for an additional service to be added or removed via the client portal.
13. Cloud Storage
All of our documents and files are stored online via for easy of access for our team members. If in the rare case an agreement has been made to void service contracts we will download and share media and then purge from our systems at the owners request.
